Rico Salem

Rico first caught our eye nearly three years ago at one of our scouting events. Despite suffering an ankle injury on the very first day, his brief display of talent was undeniable. This led to a trial with Celta De Vigo, where he spent three fruitful months and nearly secured a signing, though the deal unfortunately did not materialise.

He didn't let that experience get him down. Rico came back to Australia more determined than ever. Earlier this year, he showed up at another event, and this time, he caught the eye of Real Oviedo's head scout. They offered him a one-month trial; the rest is history. Congratulations Rico!
